Southwestern Tile Installations started in 1995 with a simple idea: a tile job should be judged by the lines you’ll still be looking at in twenty years. Michael Davison has been setting tile in the North Valley ever since — for homeowners, interior designers and the general contractors who bring him in when the finish has to be right.
It stayed a family business on purpose. Staying small is how the quality stays high: the same person plans the layout, waterproofs the shower, and sets the last piece of trim. That continuity is what a a+ accredited (since 2013) rating and a wall of five-star reviews are actually made of.

Waterproofing, pitch and layout get the time they need. Tile hides everything until it fails; we build the part you can’t see to the same standard as the part you can.
